DON'T USE IT!!!
Sales is really a psychological game.
No one likes a pushy salesman.
People want to buy things but they also want control over the negotiation process.
Instead, giving them the ability to say “no.” This will signal to the brain a sense of safety.
RESPOND THIS WAY INSTEAD:
Are you NOT interested anymore?
This question signals to their brain that they are allowed to say "no," and therefore, their brains feel safe enough to consider the alternatives.
I started implementing this strategy and immediately saw results with replies that allowed me to gather more negotiation information to make the sale.
